A role-based reception and guest management platform for handling appointments, visitor registration, company access, employee oversight, reporting, and device tracking across multiple user types.

Challenges
- Built role-specific dashboards for receptionists, operators, HR, and owners with shared auth and routing
- Implemented feature-sliced architecture with RTK Query endpoint injection and Zustand for local state
- Managed dual async data layers using RTK Query and React Query on a shared Axios client
- Developed guest onboarding flows with MRZ passport parsing, OCR, and Zod form validation
- Added multi-language support and centralized API error handling with token refresh interceptors
