MCRM - MegaSec Operations Platform
An enterprise CRM for call-center operations, HR administration, automotive marketplace moderation, and real-time analytics — with permission-gated modules for operators, moderators, finance teams, and management.

Challenges
- Implemented granular RBAC across 70+ permissions with route guards, sidebar filtering, and group-based access control
- Built a multi-module platform spanning HR, MCRM, Mashin.al finance, and Ringo Stat telephony dashboards
- Developed analytics-heavy dashboards using Chart.js and ECharts with date-filtered RTK Query data pipelines
- Integrated real-time notifications via Pusher private channels with Laravel broadcast authentication
- Managed call-center operator workflows including shift changes, work schedules, activity pings, and KPI tracking
- Shipped announcement moderation, blacklist management, internal ticketing, and FAQ systems in a shared layout
