Mashin.AL — Automotive Marketplace & E-Services Platform

Challenges

• Built a large Nuxt 2 client-side SPA (100+ routes) spanning cars, moto, commercial, parts, plates, salons, catalog, and profile flows behind a shared layout, plugin, and mixin architecture
• Managed a centralized Vuex store with feature modules (garage, comparison, parts, packages, moderator, banking cards, letter of attorney) and reusable mutation helpers across a 2,000+ line root store
• Implemented multi-vertical advanced search with saved-search templates, favorites, cookie-backed comparison, and responsive mobile/desktop filter experiences
• Delivered guided multi-step sell flows (cars, moto, commercial, parts) with Vuelidate, live preview, image cropping, drag-and-drop media ordering, and 360° exterior/interior viewers (Marzipano, Photo Sphere Viewer)
• Integrated real-time updates via Laravel Echo + Pusher for payments, messaging, and live status changes, with authenticated broadcasting endpoints
• Built the Garage e-services area: vehicle registration, penalty tracking/sync, driver-license points, and letter-of-attorney workflows including video capture (videojs-record)
• Connected ASAN government login for vehicle data import and garage service access, with token-based Axios interceptors and session handling
• Shipped auto salon business tooling: subscription dashboards, call analytics, contract extension, banking-card payments, and monetized listing packages
• Developed a moderator ticket system for cars/moto/parts/commercial with photo-rejection reasons, SMS Radar validation, and supervisor token login
• Added utility tools — customs calculator, compulsory insurance calculator, visual tire-size calculator, alcometer, and car-buying assistant — under a unified e-services hub
• Localized the full product in Azerbaijani and Russian via nuxt-i18n (prefix routing, locale headers on API calls) with SEO modules (sitemap) and analytics (GTM, GA, Facebook Pixel, Yandex Metrika, Microsoft Clarity)
• Centralized Axios networking with locale/breakpoint/auth/ASAN token injection and global toast-based error handling (401 logout, 422 validation mapping)
• Integrated Yandex Maps clustered map views for auto salons and parts shops, plus rich media lightboxes (FSLightbox, custom vue-image-lightbox fork)
